1. Application of the terms and conditions

Any order placed with ACSI Publishing Francophonie by the internet means is subject to these terms and conditions. By making the order the customer accepts without reservation, and all orders placed on our website is a firm order.


2. Rates

Prices are quoted in euro (EUR) excluding the costs of packaging and postage and customs fees and off for orders from abroad.

3. Regulation:

The settlement of purchases is made:

    
By credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard) via PAYPAL site. The data of your card are not communicated.
    
Compensated by check in Euros in France and made payable ACSI Publishing Francophonie. Your order will be processed at the time of receipt of the duly completed and signed check.

4. Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies only to natural persons.
According to the law n ° 2014-344 of 17 March 2014 relative to consumption, the Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return at its expense, the products do not suit him, without having to give reasons decision.
This period starts from the date of receipt of the package by the Buyer.
Only products returned will be together, in their original packaging complete and intact and in perfect condition for resale.
The Seller will reimburse the Purchaser within the statutory period of fourteen days, including delivery charges at the normal rate (ION 2014-344 of 17 March 2014 relating to the consumption).

5. Applicable law

These terms are subject to French law.
In case of dispute or claim, the buyer should first contact the seller for an amicable solution.

All the data you entrust to us are able to process your orders.
Under Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data, files and liberties, you have from the seller a right of correction, consultation, modification and deletion of data you we have provided.
